AE city, one of the most popular cities in Japan, is a place full of interesting places to check out. It is the place to be to see what's hip, what's new and what's going on the mysterious side of life as this place also happens to be the favorite hang-out of people who possess unique abilities. All the people who reside in this city strive to live in a peaceful setting but just like any other city, this particular one has its share of secrets. And because of these said secrets, the people aren't given the luxury of a peaceful city as there are those who want to plague the city, wreak havoc and get to the bottom of the secrets that lie within the city boundaries.

But the people need not be alarmed of such for there are people who want to make this city a better place to be in. These people are those responsible to fend off intruders who want to destroy this beautiful city. These people also happen to be the very residents of the city who can be seen running a simple business for customers from every corner of the land. Though they may appear to be just your average residents, they have abilities unnatural for a NORMAL human being to have. With said abilities they are the city's front-line defense against the people who want to erase the AE City's existence.

So far, there has been only 4 noted Hot Spots in the AE City:

1. Anime Elites Cafe' - A small cafe' run by the Tsukikage Clan's Grand Master's Granddaughter. It the place to be if a regular or a traveller would like to relax or even gather useful information as the Manager has a reliable source that she can contact for any customer.

2. Hospital - Injured people flock here to get treatment and to be back kn their toes immediately. People in AE City aren't the type who'd rather stay in the hospital and do nothing so the service given by this hospital is of the top notch. Its employees ensure a fast recovery for every patient they get.

3. Elites Apartment - An apartment owned by Kitomo-san... Travelers, mercenaries can find a place to stay in AE City and this very apartment offers them rooms with very reasonable prices.

4. AE Academy - Said place is no ordinary school as the students who enter are not only from prominent families but also are VERY talented... some even possess exceptional abilities & skills.

And even with the threats from its enemies, the city proves to be a prosperous one as it continues to grow in number...
