It was a beautiful Saturday morning in the Mikazuki household when...
"NANI?!" Natsuko shrieked. "I have to what?"
Her mother smiled and replied. "You heard me, my dear. Now that you're 18, it's time you learned how to be independent. Of course that doesn't mean you have to move out of the house..." Fuyuko rolled her eyes at the statement. "...believe me that's the last thing your grandfather wants you to do."
"Get to the point, hahaue..." said Fuyuko.
"Okay, okay..." She took out a deed containing information about owning a small cafe' nearby and handed it to Natsuko. The latter began reading what was written on the paper. "Your grandfather wants you to earn your money from now on. Your father and I still discussed this matter with your grandfather and have agreed that we will still financially cover your neccessities but beyond that, you have to earn by yourself."
"So what you were trying to say earlier was that I needed to find myself a job..." She looked up. "... now that I'm 18."
"Yes... but now you don't have to go through the hassle of looking for one because your grandfather just gave you one..." Her mother smiled. Both Natsuko & Fuyuko sweatdropped. "It's times like this I get the rare chance to see my mother so carefree..." Natsuko thought.
"We've spent minutes talking, arguing and explaining things when we could've done it in less than a minute? Mattaku, hahaue..." Fuyuko shook her head. She turned to her sister. "Think of it this way then, at least you have something else to do other than our kind of work, 'Neechan." said Fuyuko smiling. "May I see the deed?"
Natsuko handed Fuyuko the paper. She then turned to her mother. "Wait, come to think of it haven't I been earning my own money eversince I've become a full-fledged Hunter Elite?"
"True, you have been earning your own money eversince you were 10 and might I add that you're one of the millionaires in the clan but..." Her mother stopped.
"But?"
"But it is your grandfather's wish to run a small cafe'..." She finished.
Natsuko raised an eyebrow. "Then how am I connected to this, hahaue?"
"He doesn't want to run the cafe' himself and since you're next in line being the Clan leader, he's passed the job to you..." Fuyuko dropped down Anime style while Natsuko sweatdropped. Their mother then added, smiling, "He feels that you also need a normal job to go with your normal life... Natsuko."
"Oh..." Natsuko looked away and sighed. "Same old LAZY Ojiisan..."
"So?" Natsuko turned to her mother.
"So what?"
"Are you okay with managing the cafe'? We will also help you, Natsuko." Natsuko nodded. "Great! I'll tell your grandfather the good news later."
"'Kaasan, where did you say the cafe' was?" asked Fuyuko.
"Just a block away from the Clan house, dear..."
Fuyuko turned to Natsuko. "Want to check it out?"
"Sure..." Both Natsuko & Fuyuko stepped out of the room and left to see how the cafe' looked like. "Guess I'm a Manager of a Cafe' now..."

"Huh? Did people already come in???" Natsuko was currently at the back room of the Cafe'. She had her MP3 on so she didn't notice or hear anyone come in. Add the fact that she wasn't expecting customers to arrive so soon.
She then checked to see if she did indeed have customers or maybe even possible applicants...
As she stepped in the cafe', she saw two customers... "Oh no... I didn't think anyone would immediately come in." She approached both with a smile and said, "Irrashaimase! I'm sorry if I wasn't able to attend to you sooner." A bow... "What can I do for you ladies?"
She then checked to see if she did indeed have customers or maybe even possible applicants...

Natsuko was taken aback by what one of the women said but still retained her composure. Still with a smile on her face, she said, "Ahehe... I got your order, ma'am. Be back in a flash." She quickly headed to the kitchen and prepared the woman's meal.
After 20 minutes, she was able to make the meal. "The last time I was able to cook that fast was when my sister AND my mother were on a rampage 'cause of our former chef's mishap..." She sighed as she reached her customer's table. "Here are you orders, ma'am." And she placed the dish and the drink on the table. "Just call me when you need anything else..."
She looked at her other customer... "Maybe she'll just call me if she wants anything..." Natsuko went behind the counter to make sure that if a customer should arrive she'd be there to entertain them. "Talk about a great way to start the business..." She rolled her eyes. "Yeah right..."
She propped her chin up on one arm on the counter, lazily waiting for customers when she noticed a note placed under a glass.
Natsuko-san, can I work here? I need mone-- I mean, a job...

"I REALLY should've been here earlier..." She took the note and wrote something on it.
And placed the note somewhere where guests could easily see the note. "I just hope whoever left this will come back..."
"Hmm.. That means I will have to take care of all the things here..", she thought as she put the note on her pocket and changed the sign of the cafe.

"Guess she had to leave in a hurry..." She went to the kitchen and washed the dishes. Right after finishing the chore, she went back behind the counter, this time, taking out a book and started reading.

Nakamia then sat at the stool by the counter. "Do you want anything to drink or eat maybe?" asked Natsuko, as she was taking out a bottle of Pomelo Juice and a glass.
Nakamia seemed to be deep in thought. "If you're worrying about how much you'll be paid, you needn't worry. I'm a generous manager and I can pay you a good amount of gold if you want... provided you do a good job here even when I'm not around ." Natsuko then smiled, as she poured juice in the glass for herself and drank it.
Nakamia then sat at the stool by the counter. "Do you want anything to drink or eat maybe?" asked Natsuko, as she was taking out a bottle of Pomelo Juice and a glass.

She went to approach Natsuko.
"Natsuko-san, I'll clean the place for a while and then can we close the cafe for today..?? I don't think anybody's gonna come in this hour.."
After saying this, she starts cleaning up the place.
When everything was cleaned up, she approached Natsuko.
"Natsuko-san, i need to go now. Maybe tomorrow, we'll get to have more customers. See ya then, ja ne!"
She then left the cafe.

Natsuko was in a VERY bad mood as she approached the Cafe'. "Stupid Ojiisan... stupid training mission... stupid mission..." She sighed. "He should've just sent Fuyuko... but NO~! He had to send me because I'm OLDER!!!"
As she stood in front of the Cafe', she noticed, from the way the Cafe' currently looks, that it was opened yesterday while she was gone. "Time to check what happened here while I was away."

"That should do it..." She put the materials back in the storage room.
After putting the items back, she locked the door and left.

"So, how were you, Natsuko-san?? Me..?? Well, I'm fine. I was from this place with so many herbs. I think I can make splendid potions with these. Just tell me if you want me to make one for you. Well, it would cost a bit, of course."

She remembered what Nakamia said earlier. Smiling she said, "Oh... if you don't mind, I'll have a milkshake please. Choco..." She reached for something in her pocket... "And Potions? I didn't know you could make potions. Hmm... if it's not too much to ask could you make 5 vials of potions or me?"
After seconds of digging into her pocket, she was able to take out a pendant. "Hey Nakamia, do you want to have this?" she asked showing Nakamia the item.

"Anou..." Natsuko sweatdropped as she saw Nakamia look at the pendant as if the latter was gonna swallow it whole any second. "Nakamia, my milkshake?" She reminded her assistant as she kept the pendant back in her pocket.

Natsuko heard the door open. Turning to see who entered, she saw a unique girl. "Hm... correct me if I'm wrong but are you Kitomo-san? I believe this is the 1st time we've met. Natsuko Mikazuki, a pleasure to meet you."
"ah," she said "it is the first time, nice to have finally met you" she says as she bows politely and sees nakamia-san and turned to her "ohayou-gozaimasu" she said to nakamia-san while bowing politely.
"Nakamia-san, Kitomo-san, by any chance do you know a place where I could stay for the time being? You see I need to be away from our Clan House..." She got questioning looks from the other girls. Sighing, she replied, "It's a long story and I don't wish to elaborate." Natsuko told them. "So... any ideas?"
