Even though they are Non Playable Characters. ( NPC ) I will still register them. You can use them in conversations, ask them for directions, information, and so on.

But you cannot control them. doing something that are not on their role. and like going to another place. ( example: you bump on one of the f4 or student concil in the hall way, then you asked to him/her to accompany you or to go with you in other place of the academy..)

If your going to used NPC's italized its phrase. So that we will know if your talking to an NPC.
