Erap, Guilty Beyond reasonable doubt!

Erap was found guilty of plunder case. The court order is to stay for a while in his detention place at tanay rizal, until further order from the court.

Good to hear that... But I wonder why are there people who mourn with that matter... Erap did nothing to our country... Ni' isang plano nya or isang meeting sa senate, wala...

Suffer thy consequences!

plunder case consequence will be life time imprisonment. Until further order he will be staying at tanay rizal. iniisip pa siguro nila kung saan sya ikkulong.

I wonder if the malacanang will give him pardon. after all he's once the president of the phillippine.

Why do I get the feeling na dun na nga siya mapupunta...

a criminal is still a criminal kahit president pa sya dapat the law should be follow.

Yep but since this is the Philippines, a former President is still a President... and kht ayaw man nating aminin, magkakaroon yan ng special treatment...

"No special treatment" daw, so... Dapat ay isama sya dun sa mga inmates ng Munti... Dapat bawal sa kanya ang house arrest, kce kahit na andun xa sa bahay...sorry....masyon...nya, mansyon nya pa rin yun. May TV, DVD, Cable, Aircon, swimming pool, shower at well-stocked na kitchen. Yun ba ang walang special treatment? Any (read: ALL) Munti Inmates would kill to be put under house arrest in ANY of Erap's mansions... Kahit ako.

As they say... Oh well, tingnan nlng ntin kung ano ang mgiging verdict regarding Erap's punishment...

Kahit naman guilty xa, naka-RESORT arrest pa rin xa hanggang walang hatol... Imagine... ilang taong naghintay ang Pilipinas sa hatol sa kanya?! It just proved kung gaano kabagal ang processing ng mga kaso sa Pilipinas... tatagal pa yan bago xa mapunta sa dapat nyang kalagyan...
