I think Lelouch would win over Light... my reason is different though... Light still needs to write the name of Lelouch in the Death Note before he can defeat him while Lelouch can just look at Light directly in the eye for the Geass to work and command him to get himself killed...

lelouch FTW! same reason as hatahari

geass is far more advantageous than writing the name on the notebook, instant yung geass and it's only disadvantage is it can only be used once with the same person. samantalang kay light, kaylangan pang malaman yung pangalan.. well lelouch is using his codename zero so he'd have a hard time trying to figure it out. tsaka pa, zero's wearing a mask so even if light has the sihinigami eye, wala ring binatbat.
