well... you can see or find many things on the net. unlike the terebi (TV), you have to wait for the right time for your show to watch.
on the net... it's anytime, any... any...anywhere?... well almost.

1. 10 hours surfing . or i just read novels.

I'll watch about an hour or two a day of television (but that's only when I have time, which is like three or four days a week). Usually not television though, mostly DVD's or anime.

pros
- fast access to almost any info or show I want (it's all at the tip of my fingers)
- email
- buying things online
cons
- video quality is not as great as I'd like
- buying things online makes me lose money
- internet costs money, money I can use to buy more stuff.
- can't plug my ps2
- I can't eat near it.

tv pros
- Takes all of one second to turn it on
- Easier on the eyes than a computer screen
- great video quality
- Can sit with Family.
- I watch TV when I eat.
cons
- all the other things the internet can do, your tv can't

- Television: 2 to 3 hours, I think. I just watch the news. X3
- Internet: During Saturdays, more or less 9 hours. But on weekdays and Sundays, more or less 3 hours only~

Which do you value more?
- Internet~ since I get to check out my friends, visit the forums and browse for anything anime.

Well, it's just that.. nothing's good in tv now.
Maybe if we have a cable connection, i'll think it over. xD It'll almost make tv worth watching.. almost! xD

tv pros:
-Good when you're watching with your family/friends/group.
-Nice quality, bigger screen, good for movies/dvds.
-Some commercials are so lol/epic, you need to watch it (and talk about it at school xD).
-Some shows are so lol, you need to watch it (and talk about it at school).
-For a masscomm student, tv is important. It has news. =_=
-It's a good alternative if your ISP goes crazy. (Though i'd prolly read a book, play a game, etc. But it's still a good option).

tv cons:
-Almost everything in it fails to entertain (maybe to some it's good ^^).
-Some commercials are annoying. Looong commercials are annoying.
-and yeah.. all the things internet can do that the tv can't. xD

internet pros:
-download. lol
-chat. email. Loved ones living on the other side of the globe seem near.
-Lots of choices to watch.
-Can watch almost anything. Some shows that are not shown/available in your local channels are available for dl or online watching.
-can be a radio, tv, music player, photo album, etc.
-etc..

What improvements would everyone like to see in the next couple of years?
-uhh.. More channels. Not just for those subscribing to cable connections.
-uhh.. improve their shows. lol. Srsly, their dramas are bleh.. :/
