Tetsuko Kazuki, Tatsuko's Cousin and the Mikazuki Sisters' childhood friend. He met the sisters during a party held at the Asahikage Clan House where he was supposed to keep an eye on Tatsuko, who unfortunately was able to get away. He and the other children at the party were getting along then when he noticed the heir to the Asahikage Clan took off without anyone knowing. He was about to leave the group to find Tatsuko when a girl, same age as he is, stopped him from starting his search.
"Let my sister take care of it, ne?"
Quickly realizing that he was standing in front of one of the Mikazuki Sisters he chose not to disobey her. Tetsuko knows that the clan he belongs to, "serve" the Tsukikage Clan one way or another and disregarding an order from one is a big no-no.
He nodded his head and decided to let the young master off the hook even though Tetsuko knew he'll be the one to be scolded once the gathering's over. Specifically ordered to keep an eye on someone yet failing to do so... He sighed at his failure.
"Are you okay?" He heard the Mikazuki Princess talk to him. "Hn. I am." Said princess took a closer look at him. "You don't look like you're okay. Were you supposed to keep an eye on Kazuki-san or something?"
His eyes widened and the girl smiled, well-aware that she hit a bullseye. "Bingo!" She smiled at him. "Daijoubu, daijoubu... I'm sure you won't get scolded. I'll make sure of it." She then held out her hand. "I'm Fuyuko Mikazuki by the way. Nice to meet you. You are?"
He took her hand and shook it. "T-tetsuko Kazuki... Nice to meet you too, Fuyuko-oujosama."
Fuyuko smiled awkwardly. "Ara? Oujosama? Somehow that doesn't fit me. How 'bout you just call me Fuyuko? That way I can call you Tetsuko."
He blushed and looked down, thinking the floor was more interesting to look at. "Oi, Tetsuko, I'm talking to you..." Unabashed, Fuyuko lifted his chin and looked at him straight in the eye. "Y'know it's rude not to look at the person you're talking to."
"G-gomen." He bowed, apologizing.
"Geez... I knew the elders were strict when it comes to decorum and stuff but this is ridiculous." Fuyuko argued, scratching her head. "In any case, Tetsuko~" He mumbled something Fuyuko didn't catch.
"Huh? Did you say something?"
"I don't want to be called Tetsuko." He muttered.
"How come?"
"Sounds girly..."
Fuyuko giggled. "I see... I understand. Then I'll just call you Tetsu. That okay?"
"If that is how you want to call me... Oujo- I mean, Fuyuko-chan." He smiled at her.
"Huwa! Kawaii! Hehe... Smile more for me from now on okay, Tetsu?" He blushed a cute shade of red upon hearing Fuyuko's request.

"Tetsu!" A 15 year-old Fuyuko was running in the hallway almost bumping into one or two of her schoolmates along the way. "Gomen, I'm in a hurry." She said as she avoided bumping onto the third person.
Fuyuko belonged to Class 1 - C while Tetsuko, on the other hand, belonged to Class 1 - A, which was located a few classrooms away from the former's.
As soon as Fuyuko reached the doors to Class 1-A's, she opened it with full force. "TETSU!"
Unfortunately for Fuyuko, Tetsuko was taking a nap. "Mou..." She approached his desk, ignoring the stares and murmurs of Tetsuko's Classmates. Leaning close enough, she called him, "Hey... Tetsuko." He stirred, showing signs of waking up. "Tetsu..." He was now fully awake and was wiping his eyes. He looked up and saw Fuyuko.
"Fuyuko? What are you doing here?"
"Tetsu-chan... Help me."
He wanted to remind Fuyuko not to call him that but since he noticed Fuyuko looked down, he chose to let it pass. "Eh? What's wrong?"
Fuyuko was now teary-eyed. "Waaah! I failed my Math Test! Please help me study for the make-up test tomorrow. PLEASE?!"
Tetsuko sweatdropped. Honestly, his mistress is full of surprises. He knows Fuyuko's personality having spent years by her side but he was also glad that Fuyuko doesn't mind showing him this side of herself every once in a while. "Okay, okay. I'll help you once we get back home."
You could see it in her eyes, Fuyuko instantly cheered up. "Honto?" Fuyuko suddenly hugged the living daylights out of him. "Arigatou!" As she released him, she gave him a peck on the cheek and ran off back to her own classroom.
As soon as Fuyuko left, Tetsuko suddenly felt a chill run down his spine. "I feel as if there are people glaring daggers at my back..." True enough, the boys from his class were sending him death glares for being so close to one of the Mikazuki Sisters. Not wanting to face them and since he still had 15 minutes before the next class starts, he decided to go back to sleep.
