Perpetual Help Sto. Nino, Binan, Laguna would like to present to you thier CASPLAY (CAS cosplay) in coordination with thier College of Arts and Sciences week.

This is to promote anime and cosplay in thier university. To show that you dont have to be a professional to cosplay. Since this is only a promotion there wont be an actual cosplay competition for those who arent enrolled in Perpetual Binan but we are inviting you to come and mingle. You wont be able to join the competition but you can alway costrip and see the new cosplayers

Yeah, why not? Psychology is afterall under CAS department as well...

Now if I could think of a way to attract them to do this...
