Recognized Property Ownership
Requirements and Regulations:
A. Only registered and approved characters may be given the privilege of owning a recognized property a recognized property in the AE City or the Outskirts and Beyond boards.
B. You can choose whichever district (except for district 15 and 20) you wish to place / create your character's property. It will also be given proper deduction from your 5 territorial points. Each district has a total of 100 habitable territorial points, which shall then be divided among NPCs and PCs properties alike. 1 (one) territorial point is equivalent to housing 10 families (not a family of ten but ten families with 5-10 members each). You can also give a territory lower than 1, but not lower than .10, as well as not higher than 5, since that is the maximum territorial point allotment. That certain property can be a privately owned land (such as a house or a clan mansion etc) or a semi-public property (such as a shop owned by your character). Properties, which clearly passed the standards of the RPG Moderator/s shall also be given the privilege of being able to make/ create a MT (Mass Thread) whether it be SPriv MT (Semi-Private Mass Thread) or a Priv MT (Private Mass Thread). Please do remember that SPriv MTs are mostly stored owned by a particular PC character and is generally open for all (the public or other role-players in this sire) to join in. On the other hand Priv MTs are properties, which are mostly considered as your characters' (PC) own home (such as houses, clan houses etc). Please be advised that only limited PCs recognized by the role-player's PC can be given the access to post / enter that said Priv MT. Also, in Priv MTs, owners have the privilege of role-playing on his / her own, limited to three posts per day, if he / she feels like doing it. Please take note that registered properties (approved properties) must have an MT (whether SPriv or Priv). These properties are coined with the term "Immediate Property".
C. Dorms, apartments, rooms and houses rented in the Town Homes or particular city or outskirts and beyond establishments are coined with the term "Secondary Property". Please take note that you cannot create a MT out of these once since they do not take any territorial points to the members of the PCs renting one. These places also may most likely have an existing MT under Pub MT, just refer to the Thread Index of each board. On the other hand, if you insist on your PCs buying a certain house within one of the particular Town Homes, then you can make an MT out of it since it shall be deducted to your territorial points Please take note that MTs are only limited to their specific locations, any wayward posters shall be given due warning. O n the other hand, MTs within one of the specific Town Homes shall be given the privilege to include anything and everything within that Town Homes as an extension of his / her PCs' property (house / store / shop).
