What's the Story?
It took two movies for Inspector Lee and Detective Carter to understand each other and their different cultures. Now they're in a land foreign to both of them - France! Lee is in Paris to escort a Chinese ambassador, when he's shot. Carter hears about it in Los Angeles and comes to help his old friend track down the assassins. What could go wrong? Plenty! They'll have to work their way around the French authorities, the assassins, that old gang of Triads, and of course, each other!

Bet You Didn't Know
During shooting, every Friday on the set was "Five Dollar Fridays," where the crew would put a five-dollar bill with their name on it into a bucket. One bill would be drawn and whoever's name was picked got all the cash, usually about $1500. When Chan, Tucker, and director Brett Ratner heard about it, they each added $500 of their own cash, bringing it up to a cool $3 G's.
